  • GST (18% - as per Indian tax regulations)
  • Payment gateway charges (2-3% depending on payment method)
  • All platform features for the selected plan
  • Customer support during membership period

The price you see on our Membership page is the final amount you'll pay. We don't add any extra fees at checkout.

2. Price Change Policy

2.1 When Prices May Change

We reserve the right to modify our membership prices at any time for the following reasons:

  • Inflation and operational cost increases
  • Addition of new features or services
  • Changes in payment gateway charges or GST rates
  • Market conditions and competitive positioning
  • End of promotional or introductory pricing periods

2.3 Protection for Existing Members

Your Active Membership is Protected:

  • No Mid-Term Changes: If you have an active paid membership, your plan continues at the price you paid until it expires - regardless of any price increases.
  • Grace Period: You have 7 days after receiving the price change notification to purchase or extend your membership at the current (lower) price.
  • Renewals: When your membership expires and you renew, you will pay the price listed on our website at the time of renewal.

Current Status: We are currently in our introductory launch phase and offering special promotional pricing to help build our community. These introductory rates are significantly lower than our planned standard pricing and are available for a limited time only.

We aim to provide the best value for our Santhal community members while maintaining a sustainable platform. Our pricing is intentionally positioned below mainstream matrimony platforms while offering specialized, culturally-appropriate services.

Industry Context: Major Indian matrimony platforms typically charge ₹4,000-₹6,000 for 3-month memberships, and ₹8,000-₹15,000 for 6-month memberships. Our pricing strategy focuses on accessibility while providing high-quality, community-focused matchmaking services.

5. How Pricing Affects Refunds

Refund calculations are always based on the price you actually paid, not current prices. For detailed information, please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Example: If you purchased a plan for ₹299 during our promotional period, and we later increase prices to ₹799, your refund (if eligible) will be calculated based on the ₹299 you paid - not the new ₹799 price.
